You will lead the biometrics organization, overseeing biostatistics, statistical programming, data management, clinical data science, and real-world data to support clinical development programs from early-phase through regulatory submission. This strategic role ensures data integrity, quality, and compliance while driving innovation in data strategy and statistical methodologies.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Biostatistics or related field
• 15+ years of biometrics experience in biotech/pharmaceutical field
• Proven track record of leading, building, and managing teams
• Deep knowledge of clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and statistical environment
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in current role

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Biometrics organization (biostatistics, programming, data management, clinical data science)
• Oversee design and implementation of statistical methodologies for clinical trials
• Champion innovative methodologies, including adaptive and model-based approaches
• Provide strategic input into drug development strategies with program-level and functional leadership
• Lead biometrics interactions with global health authorities
