💼 About This Role

You'll perform maintenance and repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair for a residential community. Your work ensures beautiful, safe homes and outstanding resident experiences. This role offers paid EPA 608 certification after one year.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs
• Maintain building and grounds through general upkeep and snow removal
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents
• Work on-call rotation including evenings and weekends

📋 Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trades education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for on-call emergencies and rotating schedule
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently
