💼 About This Role

You'll lead residential projects from lot acquisition to construction start, managing a portfolio of 20–40 builds using proprietary technology. You will coordinate across architecture, design, procurement, and field teams to streamline permitting and approvals. This role offers the chance to redefine homebuilding in the fast-growing Dallas market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Shepherd projects through pre-construction lifecycle (due diligence, permitting)
• Build and manage project schedules using Homebound's tech platform
• Navigate municipal approvals and HOA/ARC processes
• Coordinate with architecture and design for site-specific plan optimization
• Deliver ready-to-start project packages to construction teams

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years in residential construction project management
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
• Direct experience with North Texas permitting processes
• Tech-forward mindset with project management software proficiency

• Familiarity with DFW-area trade partners and consultants
