💼 About This Role

You'll teach behavioral and social skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting. You'll implement treatment plans and track progress in our data system. You'll receive paid training and mentorship to launch your career.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, and daily living skills to children with autism
• Follow treatment plans and report progress to BCBAs
• Accurately record session data in Central Reach system
• Assist with lunch breaks, bathroom breaks, and diaper changing

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 18 years old with valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• RBT/CBT certification within 60 days of employment
• Availability Monday through Friday for part-time shifts

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Pediatrics or Human Development
• Child care background (teaching, counseling, babysitting)
• First Aid and CPR certification
