This role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, technical leadership, and a deep passion for delivering frictionless, AI-enhanced customer journeys.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years software engineering experience with strong technical depth
• 3+ years managing/leading engineers in high-growth environment
• Expertise leading full-stack teams delivering end-to-end product experiences
• Data-driven mindset to evaluate impact and optimize activation metrics

Responsibilities

• Drive business and product strategies for seamless onboarding
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on priorities and customer activation
• Leverage AI to automate and personalize onboarding workflows
• Execute Onboarding roadmap with high-quality delivery
• Lead and manage a team of engineers, including hiring and mentoring
