🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle end-to-end shipment planning and booking for ocean exports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and carriers to secure space and release SO.
• Manage soft and hard allocations, updating bookable inventory in real time.
• Act as first-line escalation for booking exceptions and carrier delays.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or ocean carrier operations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Native Vietnamese and fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with strong attention to detail.
