Description

Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience in operations and/or health insurance.
  • 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or other data analytics tools.
  • 2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management in a cross-functional environment.
  • 2+ years of experience administering operational, quality, or analytics platforms, including requirements gathering and UAT.
  • 2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional projects, including planning, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring on-time completion.
  • Evaluate departmental performance by creating, gathering, and analyzing data and metrics, and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, performing trend and variance analysis to identify performance drivers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate proactive strategies for change management and risk mitigation.
  • Mentor team members and support their professional growth.
