💼 About This Role

You'll serve as an Education Specialist for students with moderate to severe support needs, ensuring inclusive education and individualized instruction. You'll manage a caseload, deliver functional academics and behavior interventions, and collaborate with families and staff to close opportunity gaps.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver academic instruction and functional/adaptive skills aligned to IEP goals
• Provide push-in and pull-out support in inclusive and specialized settings
• Lead and coach paraprofessionals on accommodations and individualized supports
• Manage IEP caseload, draft compliant IEPs, and facilitate meetings

📋 Requirements

• B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited institution
• Valid Moderate/Severe Support Needs credential or eligibility for PIP/STSP
• Current CPR certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years experience in special education or behavioral support
• Experience leading or coaching paraprofessionals
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
