You'll be the first voice new businesses hear when they discover Mollie, owning the full sales cycle for smaller businesses and building skills from the ground up. You'll sharpen your instincts through outbound prospecting, giving you a complete picture of how great commercial teams operate. This role is built for someone who wants to learn sales properly in a scaling company.

  • Manage inbound lead flow with speed and professionalism
  • Qualify leads by understanding business needs and challenges
  • Own full sales cycle for smaller businesses from first contact to close
  • Route high-potential leads to Account Executives with clean handovers

  • Fluency in German and English
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Genuine curiosity about business, e-commerce and technology
