💼 About This Role

You'll drive new customer growth across Rover's 16 international markets, partnering with digital product teams to design and implement local growth plans. You'll own the strategy across the entire growth funnel and conduct deep data analysis to solve complex challenges. This hybrid role is based in Barcelona.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and execute growth strategies for international markets
• Optimize new customer conversion rates across the funnel
• Manage local content approach with central teams
• Analyze performance data and report on OKRs

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years driving cross-functional program outcomes
• High fluency in English (C2) is a must
• Experience with online/offline marketing channels and technologies
• Analytically independent using Excel/Google Sheets
