Description

You will own crucial month-end close activities, ensure accurate revenue recognition under ASC 606, and maintain strong internal controls. This role involves preparing monthly journal entries and reconciliations, supporting audits, and driving process improvements and automations within the revenue recognition cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 3+ years of experience in accounting
• Strong, in-depth understanding of GAAP
• Strong understanding of ASC 606
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries for revenue and revenue-related transactions
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations
• Support external and internal audits
• Collaborate with Product, Operations and IT teams
• Drive process improvements and automations within the revenue recognition cycle
• Ensure appropriate application of internal controls related to the revenue cycle
• Provide revenue reporting and analysis to senior leadership and other stakeholders
