🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design process for product features within the Guest org.
• Use data and research to substantiate design decisions and inform user journeys.
• Deliver high-fidelity artifacts that account for complex restaurant constraints.
• Act as a dependable partner to Product and Engineering counterparts.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in product design showing progression from tasks to product outcomes.
• Ability to use data and insights to substantiate design decisions.
• High bar for design excellence with attention to fine details and edge cases.
• Collaborative style with stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
