Description

You will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions through a virtual-first model. This role involves conducting quality appointments, ordering labs and prescriptions, and collaborating with a supportive clinical team to close the gender health gap.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state (multiple licenses preferred)
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience as a NP in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, evidence-based care to women in midlife through telehealth appointments
• Order and interpret labs, prescribe medications and supplements, and make referrals as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including care coordinators and clinical leaders
• Participate in weekly clinical education to stay current in women's midlife health
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
