🎯 What You'll Do
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and team members
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
- Provide administrative support including data entry and filing
- Organize firm events and team gatherings
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
