You'll turn product vision into deliverable iterations for a cross-platform tank MMO shooter. Your core impact is building systems where a talented team can do their best work and ship reliably. You'll enable teams as a force multiplier, creating visibility and removing impediments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan iteration and release scope with team and Product Manager
• Run estimation process and shape quarterly roadmaps
• Break down PRDs into epics, user stories, and tasks
• Facilitate refinements, plannings, and retrospectives
• Track delivery metrics to drive decisions

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years as Delivery Manager, Producer, or Project Manager
• Experience across all stages of game development from concept to live
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing distributed or hybrid teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Engineering background as a developer or technical role
• Understanding of scalable cloud architectures
• Experience with cross-platform or live-service game development
