Description

You'll lead a 24x7 Network Operations Center team, ensuring network issues are resolved and KPIs are met. You'll supervise technicians, manage escalations, improve processes, and serve as an escalation point for critical network problems.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in network or service operations with at least 3 in leadership
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-shift teams in a 24x7 environment
  • Strong understanding of ITIL or equivalent service management frameworks
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a 24x7 NOC shift and personnel monitoring, troubleshooting, and repairing network issues
  • Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance and mentorship
  • Oversee day-to-day NOC operations, escalations, ticketing, and communications
  • Identify process and efficiency improvements; create documentation and training
  • Gather reporting on SLAs and KPIs; ensure metrics are met
