Requirements

2-5 years experience with dry utility projects
Backhoe and excavator operator skills
1+ year experience overseeing 3 or more dry utility crews
Ability to read and understand plans
Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

Keep job-site clean, organized, and secure
Ensure safety awareness and compliance with OSHA and company policy
Perform daily pre/post equipment inspections and report issues
Assist foreman in managing crew and subcontractors
Maintain company equipment on-site
