You'll lead historic preservation projects for the City of Fort Worth, applying Secretary of the Interior's Standards to complex zoning and land use reviews. Your work will shape the livability of a fast-growing city while collaborating with boards and community stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Analyze and interpret complex planning and zoning activities.
  • Prepare clear staff reports with professional recommendations.
  • Review site plans, building elevations, and landscape plans for compliance.
  • Present to boards, commissions, and neighborhood meetings.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Planning, Historic Preservation, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in planning, historic preservation, or related areas.
  • Knowledge of Secretary of the Interior's Standards for historic properties.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with entitlement and development review process.
  • Accreditation such as AICP, CNU-A, AIA, or ASLA.
  • Proficiency in GIS, permitting software, or Adobe Creative Suite.
