Description

You will own the end-to-end ML lifecycle, building and deploying production ML systems such as content recommendation models and member-specific predictions to personalize the Bold platform and drive measurable health outcomes for Medicare members. You'll collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate product requirements into scalable, clinically aligned solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS, ML, Data Science, Statistics or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
• 3-5+ years developing and deploying ML models in production
• Proven track record building recommendation systems or predictive models
• Strong software engineering background with production code experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy production ML models for content recommendation and member-specific predictions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate ML capabilities into products
• Build and optimize recommendation systems using supervised/unsupervised learning and Transformers
• Own the full ML lifecycle from experimentation to deployment and iteration
• Create robust ML pipelines and APIs for internal and external data products
