🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA
• Collect and record data on patient progress and behavior
• Build rapport and establish positive therapeutic relationships with patients
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to update behavior intervention plans

📋 Requirements

• Available Monday–Friday from 7:45am–4:30pm
• Experience and passion for working with children
• Willingness to go above and beyond for teammates and patients
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, sit on floor for extended periods

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in any field preferred
• Psychology degree helpful
• Experience as an RBT is great but not required
