💼 About This Role

You'll own the full sales cycle for qualified leads, converting them into signed contracts for a global online English learning platform. Your core impact is driving revenue growth in the early-stage China market. This role offers hybrid working with a flat, results-first culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle for qualified leads from discovery to close.
  • Understand enterprise buyer needs and deliver tailored proposals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain CRM records and deliver reliable quarterly pipeline forecasts.

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven closing track record.
  • English proficiency at CEFR B2 or above as a working language.
  • Native Mandarin speaker.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Background in SaaS, EdTech, HR tech, or corporate training solutions.
  • Experience engaging with HR and Learning & Development teams.
  • Familiarity with HR procurement processes at MNCs or outbound-focused Chinese enterprises.
