You'll lead discovery and solution design for enterprise applications, acting as the bridge between business and technical teams. Your core impact is translating complex functional needs into structured requirements that drive system implementations. This role offers the chance to work directly with senior stakeholders and define end-to-end solutions across Salesforce, NetSuite, or Workday.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead discovery sessions with senior stakeholders to define business needs
• Design end-to-end functional solutions including workflows and integrations
• Produce user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria
• Create process diagrams and data models to visualize solutions

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in IT
• Proven experience leading stakeholder conversations independently
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and user stories
• Hands-on experience building process diagrams (BPMN, flowcharts)

• Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or Workday
• Strong analytical skills with data and metrics
