💼 About This Role

You'll own the product strategy for VEIR's cryogenic systems and controls, from concept through commercialization. Your work will enable 10x higher power density for AI data centers. This role is deeply embedded with engineering teams, driving first-of-their-kind systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product requirements for cryogenic hardware and controls
• Lead NPI stage-gate execution from concept to pilot readiness
• Translate system behavior and failure modes into specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scalable deployment

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of product management with complex hardware systems
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, controls, or systems)
• Experience with liquid cooling hardware (strong nice-to-have)
• Direct NPI lifecycle management for system-level hardware

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree in engineering
• Experience with cryogenic or thermal systems
• Experience with control systems, PLCs, or industrial automation
