🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee claims operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Monitor quality assurance outcomes and implement process improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 5–6 years of claims adjusting experience with at least 3 at Level 3.
• Valid Level 3 Independent Adjuster License for multi-jurisdictional Canada.
• Associate's degree or equivalent; CIP designation required or preferred.
• Strong knowledge of property, liability, auto, and bodily injury claims.
