💼 About This Role

You'll lead instructional coaching and program implementation for multilingual learners across 3-5 Tennessee schools, partnering with regional leaders to strengthen language development and literacy. Your work will directly impact emergent bilingual student outcomes and teacher effectiveness through data-driven coaching and professional development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach school leaders and instructional leaders on multilingual learner best practices
• Ensure fidelity of Individualized Language Plans (ILPs) and progress monitoring
• Lead regional ELPA21 assessment planning and compliance
• Design and facilitate professional development on language development and instruction

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in multilingual learner programming
• 3 years of K–5 lead teaching experience with strong student outcomes
• 1 year coaching and leading adults in a school or instructional leadership role

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience implementing high-quality language development or literacy programs for multilingual learners
• Master's degree in Education, TESOL, Bilingual Education, or related field
