💼 About This Role

You'll own a portfolio of strategic European airline partnerships, driving revenue and margin growth for Hopper's travel fintech ecosystem. You'll lead negotiations for commercial agreements and optimize partner performance across NDC, GDS, and direct channels. This high-impact role blends relationship management with analytical deal-making at a fast-growing travel tech leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of European airline partnerships with P&L accountability
  • Build senior-level relationships across airline sales and distribution teams
  • Lead negotiations for new agreements, renewals, and extensions
  • Track KPIs including revenue, margin, and incentive attainment

📋 Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in airline distribution, OTA, TMC, GDS, or airline partnerships in European markets
  • Proven track record managing strategic accounts and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Strong understanding of airline distribution (NDC vs. GDS), fare structures, and airline economics
  • Commercial mindset focused on revenue and margin, not just volume
