You'll lead the real-time distribution of 20,000+ daily safety incidents to millions of users. You'll combine newsroom urgency with command center discipline to ensure accurate, timely notifications. This role drives AI-assisted incident prioritization evolution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily push notification distribution of 20,000+ incidents
• Define standards and quality controls for 29M+ daily push notifications
• Direct real-time decision-making during major incidents
• Partner with Product and Data Science to improve incident prioritization

📋 Requirements

• 8-10+ years managing a large 24/7 operations center or newsroom
• Proven editorial judgment in fast-paced environments
• Collaboration with product or data teams on automation or AI
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain CJIS clearance
