💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end winner experience for Omaze Germany, guiding winners from notification through prize fulfillment. You'll ensure every winner feels celebrated and supported while coordinating cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, and Finance. This role combines high-touch relationship management with operational precision in a fast-growing startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end winner relationship management for Germany.
• Serve as primary point of contact for winners, communicating in German.
• Coordinate winner logistics, documentation, and approvals with Legal and Operations.
• Track progress, flag risks, and propose solutions proactively.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in relationship management, customer experience, or account management.
• Business fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to travel regularly across Germany for winner reveals.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, managing multiple timelines.
