💼 About This Role

You'll design cutting-edge RFICs for space and ground infrastructure supporting national security missions. You'll iterate rapidly from design to operational capability in a fast-paced environment. You'll work on advanced development programs for the Starshield team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, simulate and model RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits and systems
• Derive specifications for RFIC subsystems and circuits
• Perform IC floor planning and layout
• Evaluate and characterize prototypes of the design

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science
• 1+ years of RF integrated circuit experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's or PhD with emphasis in RF/analog/mixed-signal IC design
• Experience with simulation tools like Spectre, ADS, HFSS, or Momentum
• Knowledge of RF transceiver architectures and S-band to W-band frequencies
