You'll manage a regional portfolio within the foodservice distribution ecosystem, driving growth through account management and new business development. You'll build relationships with key decision-makers and execute field-based sales strategies to accelerate regional sales performance. This role offers significant autonomy and exposure to diverse foodservice and retail channels.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage and grow direct accounts across foodservice distributors and end-user customers
- Develop relationships with buyers, category managers, and operators
- Drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts
- Support product education, sampling, demonstrations, and training sessions
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales or account management in foodservice or hospitality
- Background in managing distributor and end-user relationships in B2B environment
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and execute regional sales plans
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and managing structured pipelines
