You'll join an energetic Customer Relations team supporting small merchants across Europe. Your mission is to provide world-class support via calls, emails, and chats, ensuring customers feel valued. You'll help shape improvements to processes and systems based on customer feedback.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and web chats from customers
• Address customer queries and escalations promptly
• Maintain accurate records and update notes on the database
• Identify trends and assist senior management with improvements

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in Croatian and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn and grow
• Previous experience in a similar role is desired but not mandatory
