You'll design custom power electronics hardware for Mainspring's innovative Linear Generator. You'll own hardware from concept through test and manufacturing, troubleshooting complex issues in the lab and field. This role offers a chance to shape the future of flexible power generation technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design custom power electronics hardware for the Linear Generator
• Bring-up, validate, and qualify power electronics designs
• Troubleshoot complex hardware issues in lab, production, and field
• Collaborate with NPI team and suppliers for manufacturability

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5 years of experience developing power electronics
• Power converter circuit modeling/simulation experience
• Schematic capture and power electronics design proficiency

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing high voltage (480VAC or 800VDC) systems
• Experience designing kW-level power electronics
• Experience with Altium
