You'll coordinate housing support services for individuals in re-entry programs, assisting with permanent housing placement. You'll advocate with property owners and navigate subsidized housing programs. This role offers the chance to work within a therapeutic community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Receive referral forms and verify client income documents.
• Schedule screening and enrollment appointments.
• Update data tracker and maintain client records.
• Refer clients to property management for housing placement.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years experience in outreach, reentry, or case management.
• Knowledge of Los Angeles housing providers (HACLA, DHS, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or social science.
• 1 year experience in permanent housing placement.
• Experience with diverse populations.
