You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and development at a pop culture driven retail brand that donates meals to Feeding America. You'll drive sales, build customer relationships, and lead a passionate team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Create buzz through product promotion and social media engagement
• Manage shrink, payroll, and associate schedules

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use store equipment
