Description

You will perform daily, event, and scheduled cleaning and maintenance projects to ensure the venue is functioning at its best. Responsibilities include carpet repair, painting, elevator repair, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC upkeep. You will also assist in inspecting systems, developing maintenance procedures, and coordinating with vendors.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of related work experience
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer skills preferred
