Description

You will own end-to-end production operations across all GTI sites, converting biomass into compliant cannabis products while hitting output, cost, service, and quality targets. This remote role (with up to 50% travel) focuses on building a disciplined, lean manufacturing organization driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Own end-to-end conversion of biomass into sellable, compliant, high-quality cannabis products
Accountable for hitting output, cost, service, and quality targets
Build disciplined, execution-focused production organization grounded in lean manufacturing
Oversee production operations across all GTI sites
Primary driver of operational excellence and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Drive weekly and daily production performance against plan through Daily Management System
Drive conversion of WIP to finished goods and ensure lean flow with minimal accumulation
Ensure teams are staffed and structured to hit targets; flex labor planning based on demand
Remove bottlenecks across pre-rolls and packaging through rapid escalation and constraint-based scheduling
Drive OEE improvement programs and maintain improvement pipeline with active project ownership
