💼 About This Role

You'll join Affirm's Customer Operations team to resolve complex customer inquiries via email and occasionally phone, while partnering with cross-functional teams to implement new systems and products. You'll drive high-quality resolutions and help identify trends for improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Resolve escalated customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Use product and financial knowledge to investigate and resolve issues
  • Participate in training and assist with ad-hoc projects
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze complex customer issues

📋 Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience interacting with customers in an omnichannel environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Comfortable with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Experience within the financial industry
  • Mac (iOS) and Google Workspace knowledge
