💼 About This Role
You'll join Affirm's Customer Operations team to resolve complex customer inquiries via email and occasionally phone, while partnering with cross-functional teams to implement new systems and products. You'll drive high-quality resolutions and help identify trends for improvement.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries via email and phone
- Use product and financial knowledge to investigate and resolve issues
- Participate in training and assist with ad-hoc projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze complex customer issues
📋 Requirements
- 1-3 years experience interacting with customers in an omnichannel environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
