You'll define finance-oriented validation criteria for workflows spanning accounting, close, reporting, FP&A, and transaction support at a private equity value creation partner. Your core impact is ensuring software and AI-enabled solutions are validated against real finance workflows, control expectations, and business decision contexts. This role stands out for its focus on domain acceptance design and controls materiality review.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define finance-oriented validation criteria for workflows
• Translate finance process expectations into realistic scenarios
• Partner with QA and Engineering on control and risk assessment
• Coordinate fractional finance QA reviewers for high-risk releases

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in finance transformation, controllership, FP&A, or related domains
• Strong understanding of finance processes and internal controls
• Experience working with technology teams or transformation programs
• Ability to turn business expectations into structured validation criteria
