Description

You will lead a team negotiating contracts with large healthcare providers, managing dispute resolution, and optimizing provider networks to meet financial and quality goals. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, mentoring, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• 6+ years in healthcare network contracting or provider relations
• 4+ years managing complex provider network strategies and contracts
• 3+ years in Health Insurance (Individual/ACA) or Healthcare industry
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead contract settlement negotiations with healthcare providers
