💼 About This Role

You'll work closely with our Global Head of Talent and hiring managers to deliver a strong end-to-end hiring experience. You'll own hiring across a range of roles, primarily commercial, and solve automation challenges using AI to build strong pipelines. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment with real ownership from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own hiring across a range of roles from initial brief through to offer
  • Build strong pipelines by proactively sourcing top talent across markets
  • Run structured screening calls to assess candidate quality and alignment
  • Manage interview processes end to end, keeping them organized and efficient

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in recruitment, in-house or agency account management
  • Strong sourcing ability with experience building pipelines across functions
  • Comfortable managing multiple roles at once without losing quality
  • Experience working across global hiring or coordinating across time zones

📨 Hiring Process

Screening call (30 mins), skills interview (45 mins), final stage (60 mins in-person) with a short task; aim to complete within two weeks.

🚩 Heads Up

  • On-site 5 days/week in London with no remote flexibility
  • Base salary of £50k may be low for London mid-level talent partner role
