💼 About This Role

You'll architect the design platform for a fast-growing fintech, building AI-native infrastructure that connects design systems to LLMs and MCPs. You'll enable designers, engineers, and product teams to ship high-craft work with confidence by shrinking the gap between design and production and serving the whole org with a AI-first design system.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect design system infrastructure across Figma and code
• Build AI-native design-to-code pipelines and token systems
• Integrate design system with LLMs, MCPs, and automation tools
• Drive adoption across design, engineering, product, and marketing

📋 Requirements

• Deep experience with design system architecture across Figma and code
• Hands-on work integrating AI into design and engineering workflows
• Fluency in design tokens and component architecture
• Scripting or plugin development experience (Figma plugins, APIs)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MCPs (Model Context Protocols)
• Building systems serving non-design audiences
• Defining and tracking adoption metrics
