You'll build a top-of-funnel revenue engine for a B2B enterprise software platform used by Fortune 500 companies. You'll proactively generate qualified opportunities through strategic outreach and data-driven optimization. This role offers a clear growth path to Account Executive.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Identify target accounts and decision-makers through research
- Execute outbound campaigns via phone, LinkedIn, and email
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Analyze response rates and optimize messaging approaches
๐ Requirements
- Customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., hospitality, retail, recruiting)
- Fluent in German and English (C1/C2 level)
- Resilient and comfortable handling rejection
- Ambition to grow into enterprise sales roles
โจ Nice to Have
- Sales experience in a B2B SaaS context
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM
- Experience using sales intelligence tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
