You'll build a top-of-funnel revenue engine for a B2B enterprise software platform used by Fortune 500 companies. You'll proactively generate qualified opportunities through strategic outreach and data-driven optimization. This role offers a clear growth path to Account Executive.

  • Identify target accounts and decision-makers through research
  • Execute outbound campaigns via phone, LinkedIn, and email
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Analyze response rates and optimize messaging approaches

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., hospitality, retail, recruiting)
  • Fluent in German and English (C1/C2 level)
  • Resilient and comfortable handling rejection
  • Ambition to grow into enterprise sales roles

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Sales experience in a B2B SaaS context
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Experience using sales intelligence tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
