You will be the face of Bird's operations in Atlanta, managing vehicle organization, engaging riders to promote proper parking, and ensuring compliance with city regulations. Your work will directly improve operational efficiency and strengthen city partnerships.

Requirements

• Prior experience in field operations, customer service, or logistics preferred
• Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working outdoors on foot for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Ensure designated parking zones are clear and compliant with city regulations
• Rebalance and reposition vehicles for optimal rider access
• Interact with riders to provide parking education and support
• Identify and report maintenance issues in the field
• Collect observational data on parking patterns and rider behavior
