Description

You will oversee the operations of commercial, industrial, or retail properties, leading a team to manage marketing, finances, and tenant relations while ensuring client objectives are met.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of related experience
• Commercial/industrial/retail property experience preferred
• Real Estate License where required
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Knowledge of financial terms and budgeting

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and coordinate team activities
• Manage vendor invoices and accounting activities
• Prepare monthly reports and annual budgets
• Coordinate lease administration and tenant move-ins/outs
• Proactively collect rent and enforce lease terms
