• Lead and scale engineering teams focused on integrations and automation platforms
• Define technical strategies for scalability, reliability, and maintainability
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders
• Drive development of integration frameworks and automated workflows
• Coach engineering managers and senior contributors to build high-performing teams

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering leadership within high-growth tech
• Experience leading and scaling engineering organizations of 40+ team members
• Strong background in distributed systems, platform engineering, or large-scale infrastructure
• Proven success driving execution through engineering managers
