Description

You will lead a cross-functional team building AI-powered financial assistant features, owning delivery, planning, and collaboration with Product, Data, and business teams. You'll help the team move fast through rapid iteration, turning product ideas into scalable, reliable systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years leading engineering teams with hiring and performance management
• Proven experience leading teams in AI, ML, or data-driven engineering
• Strong technical background with hands-on development experience
• Experience building AI-powered user-facing products (e.g., assistants, recommendations)
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher

Responsibilities

• Lead the team across hiring, planning, task decomposition, and process improvements
• Own and drive development of an AI-powered product from concept to production
• Ensure strong team performance and reliable, on-time delivery
• Partner closely with Product, Data, and AI teams to build user-centric solutions
• Shape architecture, design, and implementation of scalable backend services
