💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients in Marlborough, Framingham, Natick and surrounding towns. You'll develop and implement individualized care plans to help patients maintain their independence. This role offers flexible scheduling with premium pay and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements for mobility, range of motion, and balance.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with therapeutic exercises.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care and activities.
• Accurately document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

📋 Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
• Minimum one year of recent clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
