💼 About This Role
You'll own end-to-end recruiting for a high-growth AI startup, building a world-class talent brand. You'll partner directly with founders to scale engineering and GTM teams while maintaining talent density. This role is a unique opportunity to shape the People function from the ground up at a company backed by Accel and Sheryl Sandberg.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end recruiting function from sourcing to closing.
- Build and promote Flint's talent brand in the AI tech community.
- Partner with founders to leverage networks and mobilize the team.
- Report on key talent acquisition metrics to drive improvement.
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with technical recruiting.
- Experienced using Ashby as an applicant tracking system.
- Familiar with AI sourcing tools like Juicebox, Gem, and Happenstance.
- Experience in highly competitive talent acquisition during 'talent wars'.
