You'll lead the SOC operations for an AI-driven cybersecurity startup, managing a team responsible for detecting and mitigating phishing, fraud, and brand abuse. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day SOC India Team operations.
• Develop hiring, training, and retention strategies.
• Build metric-driven organization to support customers.
• Oversee customer support for security incidents.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in Trust & Safety or similar roles.
• 7+ years managing 24x7 support/trust & safety/cybersecurity teams.
• Strong leadership with proven team-building track record.
• Technical skills in cybersecurity and case management systems.
