You'll own the design and analysis of advanced electromechanical hardware assemblies for cutting-edge infrared sensor systems. You'll lead cross-functional teams from product inception to closeout, collaborating closely with customers in aerospace and defense. This role offers the opportunity to work on transformative technologies for national security missions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and analyze advanced electromechanical hardware assemblies
• Generate product make/buy drawings with GD&T
• Maintain project budget and schedule using IMS
• Lead cross-functional team from inception to closeout

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's in mechanical engineering or related field
• 5+ years in Design and Manufacturing environment, preferably with Infrared Devices
• Hands-on R&D and production lab experience
• Experience with product review cycles (PDR/CDR/MRR/HAR)

• Experience with cryogenics
• Experience with imaging components
• Experience with FEA (COMSOL or Abaqus)
